Karoline Sørbø

Guri Karoline Sørbø is a dynamic professional who has combined her education with valuable work experience. In her current role, Karoline serves as Head of Professional Services, Team Lead for Business Services, and a senior Business Engineer at Genus, demonstrating her leadership skills and versatility.    

Karoline has worked with many of Genus’ customers and has gained experience in multiple customer domains, development of application models, and project management, making her a valuable asset in each endeavor.   

She holds a Master's degree in Engineering and ICT with a focus on Production and Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and spent a transformative year abroad at UC Santa Barbara. Her time at NTNU equipped her with a strong foundation in engineering, information, and communication technology.
